  • have been prescribed a low FODMAP diet by your credentialed healthcare professional
  • struggled with following a low FODMAP diet in the past [BTW, it's not your fault]
  • want to control symptoms related to IBS or another GI condition

First I want to tell you I LOVED the quick BBQ dinner…I was literally sitting there trying to complete the modules before I went grocery shopping and did not have a dinner plan at 5:20 and did not want to run to Whole Foods and wait in line. However I had all of the ingredients, substituting a delicata squash, and was able to get the meal out so quickly! I was so delighted!!!

I am so excited and grateful to participate in the Mealtime Method! I made some adjustments to the meal plan and planned out the whole week! I placed an Instacart order and my husband picked everything up from Wegmans on his way home! This alone has been a huge step for me! I have really placed the burden of grocery shopping and planning on him with the pandemic. Something I have already found helpful was the Food Guide handout. It really made it easy to swap out items and it was interesting to see how you build the meal plans.
